WHAT TO EXPECT

SERVICE TIMES: SUNDAY 9:00am and 11:00am

Join us this weekend to see for yourself what we're all about! Before you attend, here's WHAT TO EXPECT when you arrive:

PICK A SERVICE

We offer 2 services on Sunday's: 9:00am and 11:00am. The services are identical, with the exception of the 9:00 hour also being the optional Sunday School hour. Our Red Carpet Cafe' is open to all between each service, complete with refreshments and coffee located in the gym.

JUST SHOW UP!

You are welcome at Kenmore Alliance! We have new visitors all the time! Our parking area is right on campus and provides handicap parking along the perimeter of the building and at the front entrance we also have a convenient drop-off area. You will quickly be greeted by one of our Red Carpet greeters who will help direct you where you would like to go!

ASK FOR HELP

The folks at the Welcome Center in the foyer would be glad to point you in the right direction. While you're there, pick up an overview of all that's going on at Kenmore Alliance or even just chat with someone at the desk.  If you do leave with any unanswered questions, or were just wanting to get a glimpse of the atmosphere, please feel free to contact any of the Leadership personally by email or by the main church telephone line: 716.876.5570

WHERE IS THE "WORSHIP CENTER"?

(located right off the lobby) Ushers will be standing by to provide you with our church bulletin. When entering through anyone of the 3 entrances to the sanctuary, you are welcome to any seat, any where, any time!

WHAT KIND OF CHURCH IS KENMORE ALLIANCE?

Kenmore Alliance is a Christian church that seeks and promotes a personal relationship with God.  (See 'What We Believe') We are fully committed to the truths of the Bible. We strive to communicate those truths in a relevant and understandable way for many that face real issues and are looking for answers. We have discovered that those answers are only found in a personal walk with Jesus Christ. We consider ourselves to be real people; not perfect, just forgiven sinners that have experienced a love and acceptance that we joyfully share with others.

WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICES LIKE?

We work hard to make sure your experience at Kenmore Alliance is one that is authentic, welcoming and fulfilling. Our services feature a live music band and occasional multi-media presentations that introduce a theme for each message. Our preaching pastor, Charles Jones, or another speaker present a message from the Bible that is relevant to our lives today and helps enlighten the Bible and its truth for everyday application.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE TO GO?

Our Welcome Center in the front-foyer entrance is staffed with helpful volunteers who can answer any of your questions.

WILL YOU ASK ME FOR MONEY?

No. If you are a guest at Kenmore Alliance, you have NO obligation to open your wallet. In fact, we don't want anyone to give money out of guilt or obligation. Those of us who have made KAC our church home, give back to God and His church, a portion of what he has graciously given us...with grateful and joyful hearts.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. People who attend Kenmore Alliance wear everything from business wear or jeans, to shorts and sandals. Some dress formal (suit or dress) and some don't. Feel free to come comfortable!

WHAT'S THE MUSIC LIKE?

We have a live band and worship team that lead us using a variety of music styles. Our musicians and singers are volunteers and servants that do a great job of leading us in worship.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN ANYTHING OR BE SINGLED OUT IN ANY WAY?

No. We certainly want to get to know you, but we want you to be comfortable as well. We will NEVER ask you to wear a visitor badge or stand up and introduce yourself. We want you to remain as anonymous as you want to be. Even If you do fill out one of our "Connect Cards", we promise not to knock on your door or call you — unless you ask us to.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

While you enjoy the worship service or Sunday school class, we offer opportunities of fun and learning in a variety of age-appropriate kid's ministries. Our Nursery is available for both services on Sunday and is equipped with a numbered-tag security system. We are a church that is in compliance with "Safe Place" and are staffed with church volunteers complete with background checks, so as to ensure your child's safety. While we expect that your children will enjoy these activities, you are always welcome to keep them with you during the service if you prefer. We also offer a "Quiet Corner" that will allow you to enjoy the service with a fussy little one!  Nursing rooms are also located here for those looking for a little more privacy. Check with the Connection Center if you have any questions about where your child(ren) should go. (or look here for more info on Kid's Ministries)

WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR TEENAGERS?

Our Student Ministries team offers a full slate of activities and spiritual development opportunities for Middle School (grades 6-8) and Senior High (grades 9-12) throughout the week and during the 9:00am hour on Sunday mornings in the Youth Center. Otherwise teens join us in the sanctuary for our worship service.
